Do you use seed oils?
Never. We only cook with extra virgin olive oil — no seed oils, no vegetable oils, no exceptions. Your meals are always prepared with the cleanest fats available.
What are the portion sizes and macros?
Each container is 38oz — more than enough for one person. Every meal averages 700–900 calories, with 55–70g protein, 45–60g carbs, and is always high-protein. Designed to keep you full and fueled.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Yes — we can customize meals based on your allergies and dietary restrictions. Just mention it in your order form. Depending on the specific requirements, some adjustments may vary week to week.
Are there discounts for larger orders?
Yes! We offer discounts at certain order quantities. The more meals you order, the better the value. Mention your desired quantity in the order form and we'll include pricing details in our reply.
Where do you shop for ingredients?
We source exclusively from Whole Foods and Central Market — two of Austin's best grocery stores for premium organic and locally-sourced ingredients. Quality starts at the source.
What size are the containers?
All meals come in 38oz containers — a generous, satisfying portion size that's more than enough for a full meal. Each one is sealed fresh the same day it's prepared.
Is the menu the same every week?
Never — the menu changes completely every week. Every Saturday brings a brand new lineup of meals with different proteins, flavors, and seasonal ingredients. No two weeks are the same.
When is the order deadline?
Orders close every Thursday at midnight for that Saturday's delivery. We recommend ordering early as spots are limited each week.
